We dined under the stars IN a creek at our signature creek dinner featuring a farm-to-table dinner, music, cocktails, and community at its best.


 

The Location

Big East Fork Farm, 5405 Big East Fork Rd., Franklin

This year, our featured creek is a hidden gem tucked away off Highway 96 on Big East Fork Farms, a 2000-acre oasis in Leipers Fork dedicated to nature, farming, and creating a new generation of sustainable leaders through their Center for Sustainable Stewardship (CSS).

 
 

The Chefs

After an amazing Spring Farm Dinner, we’re thrilled to have the chefs of 1 Kitchen/1 Hotel back with us for our signature Creek Dinner. Chef Chris Crary, Culinary Director + Chef Tyler Lee, Executive Sous Chef, 1 Kitchen, 1 Hotel Nashville . And of course our own Edible Chef, Skylar Bush.

 
 
 
 

The Menu

Our 6 course dinner is created with in season produce and proteins from local farmers. This year we're proud to use Caney Fork Farms, Servant Farms, Delvin Farms and Bucksnort Trout.

 
 

The Drinks

Cocktails are made with local distillers, Dickel, and a new entry to the Nashville market, Blacklion Vodka, distilled in England with sheeps milk. And their sheep will make an appearance too! Boutique Italian wines from Winery, House of Mustaine will be served.

 

The Music

Friday night we'll be entertained by our Edible house band, The Gubernaughts, with a special guest or two. Saturday with the smooth jazz sounds of Elle Jae McCaul.
